Unless explicitly transferred via a separate development contract, all source code, frameworks, and APIs remain the intellectual property of PayERupee Solutions.

4. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in Pune, Maharashtra.

We collect contact information (Name, email address, phone number, address) provided during project inquiries, alongside business requirements for software development.

2. How We Use Your Information

Data is used exclusively to design, develop, and deliver requested IT services, process legal contracts, and handle billing via authorized payment gateways (like Cashfree).

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell data to third parties. Information is only shared with authorized financial aggregators (e.g., Cashfree) strictly for processing service invoices.

PayERupee Solutions delivers premium IT and software services. Please review our policy regarding project cancellations and refunds.

1. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel a web or app development project by providing written notice. Work completed and milestones achieved prior to the cancellation date will be billed accordingly, and advance payments for completed phases are non-refundable.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are evaluated case-by-case and are strictly applicable if PayERupee Solutions fails to deliver the agreed-upon digital service as outlined in the project contract, or if a duplicate billing error occurs.

3. Refund Processing Timeline

Once a refund request is formally reviewed and approved by our billing team, the amount will be credited back to the original method of payment within 5 to 7 working days.

4. Shipping & Delivery

PayERupee Solutions is an IT and software agency. All websites, applications, and APIs are delivered digitally via secure internet servers or code repositories. No physical goods are shipped or delivered.
